Launchpad: Job Readiness & Financial Empowerment
Launchpad is a three-week, paid training program that lays the foundation for success. Young adults attend over 40 hours of workshops focused on professional development, financial literacy, and personal growth—all while earning $1000 over three weeks.
Led by Breaktime’s Launchpad Training Coordinators, with support from outside speakers and the Young Adult Services team, Launchpad equips Associates to start work feeling confident, capable, and supported.
